These are the pilot’s standard working details. Your written proposal and signed project agreement confirm the final scope, dates, and terms before payment.
Scope and payment
The $1,500 USD pilot covers up to five service-business pages, responsive design, light editing of supplied copy, an agreed inquiry form, basic search metadata, one consolidated revision, launch, and recorded handover. A $750 deposit books the agreed start; $750 is due after approval and before public launch. No payment is collected by the inquiry form.
Timing and materials
Target delivery is within three weeks of complete content, access, deposit, and the agreed start date. You supply accurate business information and materials you have permission to use. Delayed materials, approvals, or additional scope may change the schedule.
Revisions and additional work
One consolidated revision is included. New pages, new functionality, a different design direction after approval, extensive copywriting, ecommerce, and complex integrations require a separate written quote.
Ownership and ongoing costs
Your domain and service accounts should be in your name. After final payment, agreed custom deliverables are handed over; third-party fonts, imagery, software, and hosting remain subject to their licenses. Domain, hosting, paid tools, and optional support are separate costs, agreed before booking.
After launch
Defects in the agreed work are covered for 14 days after launch. New requests and changes caused by third-party platforms are scoped separately. Optional care is $99/month for a monthly form check and up to 30 minutes of small edits, without rollover or emergency support. A separate care agreement confirms the start and cancellation terms.
Project changes and cancellation
The signed agreement will specify cancellation, payment for completed work, any refundable balance, portfolio permission, and how the project can be paused or ended. Submitting an inquiry does not create a project contract.
