THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

might be wondering.
How long does it take?
Target delivery is within three weeks after the agreed start date and receipt of complete content, access, and deposit. Your proposal confirms the schedule; late materials or extra scope can move it.
Do I need all my words and photos ready?
You’ll need your business details, services, logo if you have one, and photos you have permission to use. I’ll provide a content checklist and lightly edit the copy you supply. Full copywriting and photography are quoted separately.
What about hosting and my domain?
Those costs are separate from the build. We’ll agree the platform and recurring costs before booking, with your domain and accounts kept in your name.
Can you improve my existing website?
Often, yes. Share your current site and the parts that aren’t working for you. We’ll confirm whether a refresh fits the pilot or needs a separate scope.
What happens after launch?
The build includes a recorded handover and 14 days of fixes for defects in the agreed work. You can manage routine updates yourself or add a $99/month care plan with a monthly form check and up to 30 minutes of small edits.
Is this a good fit for an online store or custom app?
The pilot is for a focused service-business website. Ecommerce, customer accounts, custom applications, complex integrations, and guaranteed search rankings are outside this scope.
